The name Formulating Fitness reflects a structured, results-driven process. To formulate is to build a clear plan with purpose – not guesswork.
Whether the goal is reducing pain, recovering from injury, improving movement, enhancing performance, or supporting long-term health through training and nutrition, the focus is on addressing all relevant factors – not just one symptom.
Each plan is built collaboratively and adapted to your lifestyle, training demands, and goals, with the aim of restoring control of your body, improving resilience, and returning you to daily life and performance at your best.

Formulating Fitness is run by Maura Leen, a performance therapist specialising in neuromuscular therapy and movement-based rehabilitation.
With a postgraduate background in Physical Education and Biology, and expertise in strength & conditioning and nutrition, services are delivered in-clinic and online to support rehabilitation, return to activity, and performance
